Return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact. Certain categories such as personal care, innerwear, and custom items may be non-returnable.
How to request a return
Go to My Orders, select the item, and choose Return or Replace. Our team or the seller will review your request and share pickup or drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks. COD orders may receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
